Return process

1. Send us a short email to [LucoroShop@gmail.com] with your order number and your return request.

2. We will confirm receipt of your return request and send you a return label upon request. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
