Return period

You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for returns

• The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.

• Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

Return shipping

• The buyer bears the costs of return shipping.

Return process

1. Send us a short email to [LucoroShop@gmail.com] with your order number and your return request.

2. We will confirm receipt of your return request and, if requested, send you a return label. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
